911 Emergency For urgent situations, notify local law enforcement immediately by calling 9-1-1. 

 

1-888-3737-888 – National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) The NHTRC is a national 24-hour, toll-free, multilingual anti-trafficking hotline where you can report a tip; connect with anti-trafficking services in your area; or request training and technical  assistance, general information, or specific anti-trafficking resources. 

 

1-888-428-7581 – U.S. Department of Justice Worker Exploitation Complaint Line The U.S. Department of Justice’s dedicated human trafficking toll-free complaint line operates weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM EST. You may call this hotline to report suspected instances of human trafficking or worker exploitation. This call is toll-free and offers foreign language translation services in most languages as well as TTY. After business hours, the complaint line has a message service in English, Spanish, Russian, and Mandarin.

 

1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) – National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) The NCMEC operates a 24-hour toll-free hotline where you can report a missing child or suspected child sexual exploitation.

 

1-800-342-3720 – NYS Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) maintains a Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment for reports made pursuant to the Social Services Law.

 

1-800-799-7233- Westchester County Safe Harbor Hotline This hotline is available 24/7 and is operated by the Sanctuary at Children’s Village. 

 

1-800-298-SAFE (7233) – My Sisters’ Place My Sisters’ Place (MSP) operates a 24-hour hotline for shelter and other service referrals. MSP is currently the designated service provider by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA)’s Response to Human Trafficking Program (RHTP) for the New York State Metro region north of New York City
